FAQ

  • Deposits & Waiting Lists
In most cases, we do have a waiting list, if we have puppies available (unreserved) all those that have applied will be notified and we will offer you the chance to place a deposit on a puppy of your choice. For those that have already paid a deposit, you will be given preference to pick your puppy in order of deposits received. You can pay a deposit at any time regardless of whether an available litter or not, it will mean you will be prioritised on the waiting list for the next available litter. Deposits are non-refundable after you have locked in your chosen puppy at 4 weeks of age. When puppies are 4 weeks of age, those that have paid deposits will be given the chance to choose their desired puppy either in person or by video/photos. We will not reserve or hold puppies if a deposit is not paid. we highly recommend placing a deposit to avoid the disappointment of missing out
